Invest in Communities
That Are Choosing to Stay
CHI is building the infrastructure for place-rooted human formation at national scale. Your gift funds the bridge to self-sustainability — and beyond Year 2, it funds growth, not survival.
Where Your Gift Goes
CHI offers specific named giving opportunities that connect your investment to concrete mission impact. Each opportunity has a clear use of funds, a timeline, and a defined impact statement.
Bridge Funding
PRIORITYThe bridge to self-sustaining operations. Year 1 is the survival year — CHI's earned revenue is not yet sufficient to cover operations. Bridge funding covers this gap. After Year 2, CHI's earned revenue covers operational costs and fundraising shifts to growth, not survival.
Student Scholarships
Need-based, merit-based, place-based, and sector-targeted scholarships for students at CHI Halls. CHI's model already makes education dramatically more affordable — scholarships extend that to students who would otherwise be priced out even of CHI tuition.
Senior Fellows Program
The Senior Fellows program produces the intellectual work that underwrites everything CHI does — sector definitions of flourishing, the public honor reframing, canon curation, theological articulation of subsidiarity. Fellows reside in actual Halls in actual places.
Regional Seed Fund
Seed funding for the emergence of Regional Backbones — the organizational layer between individual Halls and the national network. Regional Backbones coordinate across sectors, aggregate visibility, and build the shared civic infrastructure for local Hall networks.
One-Time or Recurring Gift
All gifts are tax-deductible through Christian Halls International, a 501(c)(3) organization. Recurring gifts are especially valuable — they allow CHI to plan ahead and deploy resources efficiently.
You can designate your gift to any of the named opportunities above, or make an unrestricted gift that CHI can deploy where it is most needed.
Let's Have a Conversation
For gifts of $25,000 or more, CHI invites a personal conversation — not a transaction. We want you to understand exactly where your investment goes, meet the team, and feel the weight of what you're joining.
Named opportunities — a Regional Seed Fund, a Senior Fellowship, a Scholarship Fund in a specific community — are available for major investors who want their gift to carry a name and a place.
