Field Guides

Field Guides are CHI's connective tissue between the network's intellectual life and the operational reality of individual Halls. Each Field Guide shepherds 15–20 Halls in their region: coaching Directors, carrying formation culture into the Halls that need it, and translating network learning in both directions. The role is vocational. Primary income from elsewhere is a prerequisite.
